William Wood
An art historian and critic, William Woodʼs current research focuses on contemporary art and its display, the history of conceptual and minimal art of the 1960s and 1970, aesthetics and cultural criticism. Since 1984, Wood has published on recent art in journals, anthologies and exhibition catalogues as well as holding editorial positions with a number of art publications including C Magazine, Public, Vanguard, and Parachute. Recent catalogue essays and articles have dealt with such artists as Stan Douglas, Brian Jungen, Mike Kelley, Evan Lee, Ron Terada, and the entity known as the Vancouver School.
